I'm stressed. Something is bothering me. It's on my mind. It's wearing me out. My nerves are strained. I cannot figure it all out. I'm not superhuman. Only burdened with superhuman problems. They get to me. It's been hard for me. I've tried in my own way. I've seen myself through dark times. I've toughed it out. But now I'm tired. I can't go on like this. Something's gotta give. Things have to change. So much is out of my control. I feel trapped. I want to break out. I want to rebel. I feel overwhelmed. It is too much to handle. I want to run away. I want to escape and be safe.

All this stress. All this worry. All this sadness. All this fear.

I want support. I need relief. I need comfort. I need assurance. I need to reach out. I'm ready to reach out. I don't have to do it all. I don't have to do it alone. I don't have all the answers. I'm open to receiving answers. I'm open to new ways of seeing things. I'm pulling myself together. I'm commiting to help myself. I'm feeling calm and confident.
