As priceless as each day of your life is, is there a day you’re not looking forward to? Is it the day when you have to face a job interview, attend a court hearing, move house, or in general get out of your comfort zone in a way that you are not comfortable with?
It could be a party you have to attend when you actually feel awkward in social situations. It could be a difficult exam you’re dreading. It could even be a regular day that just seems difficult to wade through.
The calendar is earmarked, but as days pass, leading up to that dreaded day, you find yourself feeling uneasy. You want to strike out that day and skip over to the next. How about we try some EFT tapping to release this resistance and loathing?
The goal of this tapping script is to help you feel calm and confident during the days or months leading up to that dreaded day, so that you can prepare yourself better to face the challenges of that upcoming day.

Even though every part of me is dreading facing that day, I really want to feel relaxed and carefree even if it sounds impossible in this situation.
Even though I hate the idea of putting myself through situations that take me way out of my comfort zone, there is something more, something deeper about this day that I’m loathing. I want to address the root of my unease and pull myself together.
Even though it makes me worried to even think of what horrible things I will have to face that day, I’m open to being well prepared to deal with whatever fate throws my way that day.

Under the arm And make the most of what that day has to offer.
Top of the head From now, I’m choosing to be at peace.
