EFT set up tapping
Karate chop
Even though I can’t take criticism sportively because it angers me too much, I deeply and completely love, accept and appreciate myself.
Even though I’m not thick-skinned enough to brush off people’s disparaging remarks, I deeply and completely love, accept and appreciate myself.
Even though in this cold, hard world people don’t mince words when it comes to giving “feedback”, I appreciate myself for wanting to be treated with kindness and respect.
Now we will go to the tapping points starting with the eyebrow point.
