Are you resisting, or procrastinating something that you need done? Are you putting off cleaning the garage, exercising, getting your health checked, making that phone call, or finishing boring paperwork? You know you should be doing this thing, but you can’t get around to pulling up your socks and actually doing it. Over time, nagging thoughts about the pending thing take a life of their own and start eating into your happiness. If you’re enjoying yourself, these pesky thoughts come rushing to remind you how you should be doing that thing instead.
It gets more and more difficult to get around to doing this thing just because of the pile up of negativity. Then we start blaming ourselves, make promises to ourselves, but nothing seems to control this mammoth. How about we try EFT tapping to see if we can melt away this guilt and burdensome thoughts and get our power back?

Even though I know I need to do this thing, but I just don’t want to do it, even so, I accept myself for feeling this way. I want to feel okay.
Even though the longer this thing remains pending the longer nagging thoughts and worry will keep torturing me, but I just can’t get myself around to doing it. I wish I could just get it over with magically!
Even though all this time leading up to the actual doing of this thing is generating guilt and loathing, I wish I could shake off the lethargy and resistance and JUST DO IT! I want to tick it off my to-do list.
