Emotional Freedom Technique tapping for anxiety over shipment delay
You’ve just ordered your stuff online and are happily twiddling your thumbs waiting for your package to arrive any day now. You’re got it all covered. You have the tracking number and you’re tracking the package every few hours. But then, as days pass, no package. Then another day, and no package. With online shopping becoming easier by the day, more people are turning to ordering stuff online than ever before. While it is so convenient to place an order with a few clicks from the comfort of your own home, it can also lead to a lot of agony and frustration at times. Shipment delay being one of those pesky little troubles. Maybe you know the reasons for the delay. But even that is no solace to a waiting and wanting soul. You feel frustrated, anxious and angry that your package isn’t here already. Lets try EFT tapping to see if we can calm down these pangs of wait and turn them back into positive expectation. Even though I’m so angry and frustrated that my order hasn’t been delivered yet, this feeling is taking away the joy I would receive from holding my order in my hands.
Even though this delivery delay is totally unnecessary, I wish I could do something to speed it up. I feel powerless with my package being out there somewhere and no one taking responsibility for it.
Even though I’m so frustrated to be held up from receiving my shipment, I wish people were more responsible and not so lax.
Even though I’m afraid I may not receive the order at all, and maybe not even my money back, I want everything to get sorted easily.
Even though this wait for my shipment to arrive is killing me, I wish the wait got easier. I wish I felt more confident about the delivery.

Collar bone I’m releasing this need to work myself up into a frenzy.
Under the arm Letting out a deep exhale aaah! And smiling.
Top of the head I choose to be hopeful, calm and patient.

This is how I feel right now. My package seems that it will never arrive. I feel like someone bought it just the moment before I could, and the seller sent the package to that person. I still pressed the button to pay because I didn’t know and the seller just decided to be selfish and keep my money, not aware that I would complain. Some people. It genuinely makes me sick.
