We can all use a little cheering up from time to time. But we often try to look for reasons to be happy. Why can’t we get happy for no reason?
This tapping script aims to create excitement and happiness, so you can smile and laugh more freely. If you have been feeling down, this tapping should help you bounce back to a more cheerful state.
This tapping can work as a little pick-me-up at the end of the day. It can also be used as a little quick-fix if you notice your moods dipping anytime during the day.
Use it as many times as you feel like. You can never overdose on happiness.

Even though my spirits are rather low right now, I’m open to feeling better and brighter, slowly but surely.
Even though I can’t laugh away my problems, I’m open to some lighthearted fun that can relieve some of this heaviness.
Even though I often forget to live and laugh, as I get caught up in my problems, I’m open to finding my joy right here, right now.

Q : how to remember all these sentences while going through each round of tapping ? Each word & phrases are that much important to follow the method as it is ? If yes, can i record these as an audio, play audio and follow the audio guide to tap? Does this help in following the process or disturb the process/method to complete error free ? Please advice
Hi Anand, you do not have to remember them. You can read and tap on a sentence at a time. Or as you said, you could record them and follow the audio. Focusing on whichever sentence you are tapping definitely helps, but it is okay to pause for looking up the next sentence in between.
The method is more important than exact sentences. With EFT, you want to tap on what you are feeling at any time. If you are feeling sad, acknowledge that and start tapping. Your thoughts will slowly start shifting towards peace and happiness.
