EFT tapping for feelings around hereditary issues
It feels wonderful when we spot how much we have taken after our parents. Dad’s eyes, Mom’s smile and Grandpa’s funny bone. But when it comes to genetics, looks aren’t the only things inherited. Obesity, acne, diabetes, heart disease and other genetically inherited conditions can pass from generation to generation. It doesn’t stop at diseases – certain facial features that you hate in yourself, or a mindset such as a tendency to get stressed out more easily than others, or being overly sensitive can all make life difficult. Even the susceptibility to premature hair loss or greying of hair can be inherited. In this script we’ll address the feelings of frustration, fear and anger that accompany the onset of these conditions, specifically due to hereditary reasons.
This script is meant to clear the sense of helplessness, victim consciousness and the feelings of being trapped. Once these negative emotions are cleared, we can stop generating fearful vibes and lead freer, maybe even healthier lives. This EFT tapping is also aimed at clearing the need to blame your family for causing you to be more prone to contracting certain genetic diseases.

Even though I feel helpless and angry that I have to deal with this condition, and I had no say in acquiring it, I want to rise above it and feel confident, and grateful for all the good things I’ve inherited.
Even though I feel so angry at my family for passing this forsaken condition to me, and it makes my life very difficult, maybe I can start to feel better by accepting myself and anyone who has contributed to my misery.
